How do I pay for my order?
Payment will be taken for your salon supplies when all items in your cart have been processed. You may pay for your online order via; Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Visa Electron, American Express or PayPal.
Alternatively, you can call us on 02088081122 and place your order over the phone if you prefer.
How do I use a coupon code?
Simply add the items you would like to purchase to your basket. Enter the coupon code in the box marked ‘COUPON CODE’ and click ‘APPLY COUPON’’ before proceeding to checkout.
How long does a HairCo delivery take, and how much does it cost?
We despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends or Bank Holidays. Delivery is normally within 2-3 working days. On the rare occasion that an item is not in stock, we will inform you via email as soon as possible with an estimated delivery date.
Can I get next day delivery?
Yes, orders must be received before midday (UK time), to be delivered the next working day. Next day delivery only applies to items that are in stock. Please check with us for urgent orders as busy periods may increase turnaround to 48 hours.
Next day delivery is only available to mainland UK.
Do you deliver to Europe?
Prices quoted at checkout are for mainland areas of the delivery country. In some circumstances the delivery charge may need to be increased to allow for large or heavy items, however you will be informed of this before your order is dispatched. Please contact us for a quote to deliver to any other destination.
What time will my order be delivered?
Your Hairco order will be delivered between the hours of 9am and 6pm. The majority of deliveries will require a signature. If you have provided a UK mobile number or email address during checkout and your order is being dispatched via DHL then you should get a notification in the morning of delivery advising of your delivery time slot.
What will happen to my order if I am not at home when the courier attempts to deliver it?
If you are not home when our courier attempts to deliver your salon supplies, they will follow your instructions (leave in a safe place/with a neighbour). In the event no instructions have been left, they will attempt to redeliver later in the day. If all attempts fail they will leave a calling card which will provide you with further instructions for collection/redelivery.
How will my items be delivered in the case of fragile liquids?
All salon supplies will be securely packaged.
Please contact us on email@example.com and tell us of your intentions. If the goods have not been sent we can cancel and issue a full refund straight away. If the goods have been dispatched, we will refund less the cost of the shipping once the goods have been returned to us in their original state.
What if my HairCo items are damaged?
If the returned goods are damaged we will provide you, at our option, with replacement goods or a refund for the total costs of the goods within 30 days of our receipt of the returned goods.
If we find that the goods are not damaged or faulty, we will return the ordered goods to you and you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
If you wish to return unwanted goods, please ensure that any product you have bought is in original condition, unworn or unused and sent back to us with its original packaging.

How long does it take for my return to be processed?
The returns process can take between 5-7 days to complete and for a refund to be issued. Any faulty items which are still under the manufacturer’s warranty must be reported and sent back for inspection before a refund or a replacement can be issued. This process can take between 10-14 days. Postage will not be refunded when items are returned as unwanted, unsuitable or ordered in error.
